We want you and your furry friend to be 100% happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help!


30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee

  • If you’re not satisfied with your SilentPaw Pro™ within 30 days of delivery, you may request a return or refund.

  • To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (unused, with original packaging).


Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@FurryFriendCo.store with photos/videos of the issue.

  • We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.


Returns Process

  1. Email us at support@ FurryFriendCo.store with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will provide return instructions and the nearest return address.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used.

  • Gift cards and promotional items are also non-returnable.


Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.


Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at support@ FurryFriendCo.store.


Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged on arrival.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
